The Wang Foundation for Sight Restoration is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization that helps patients with severe vision loss undergo new sight restoration surgeries, performed free of charge by foundation doctors. This unique team of doctors described the world's first femtosecond laser artificial cornea implantation (an offlabel usage of this technology), lecture internationally, published a paper in the world renowned journal Nature, and hold a US patent.

To date, the foundation has attracted patients from over 40 states in US and 55 countries worldwide.
